Description
The original cutting of this tree was brought to United States by the owner who in 1980 became a refugee from Persia.
He was given the cutting by his father, whom he never saw again, to remind him of the home where he grew up.
I have tasted this fig last year from July all the way through November. It is a very fruitful tree that grows more with side ways than vertically.
Taste-wise ... it is very sweet and very juicy purplish Black with hint of redness, the darkness is effected by the sun side exposure.
