Description
This is an old Hungarian variety, with dark red flesh and violet coloures skin. Large fruited, very cold tolerant, sweet variety from Central Europe. Fruit size can reach more than 100g. Parthenocarpic, so no need of fig Wasp for pollination. It is a good cropper and the fruits can grow to small tomato size. Very Hardy and the fruits are weather resistant. It is well suitable for growing in the UK.
