Description
(syn. Orzidane). Described and illustrated by Mauri (1939a) as variety found at Beni-Aissi, near Fort National; sometimes confused with Adras Blanc. Leaves generally 5-lobed, with shallow sinuses. Profichi rather large, up to 2 inches in diameter, spherical, with surface almost smooth; color green; eye scales green, sometimes rose-tinted; interior white; texture firm, readily transported. Season early, same as Illoul.
