Description
This large, Black , smooth skinned fig from Spain is said to be Montserrat Pons personnel favorite. It is a prolific producer and a mid season fig. The fig is deep red inside, firm, sweet and fruity. They have medium thickness, rough skin. The pulp is dark red with a sweet and tasty flavor. They are soft of consistency, little resistant to transport, with little ease of detachment, good resistance to rains, and medium resistance to the opening of the ostiolo. It has very large spade shaped and 3-lobed leaves.
