Description
From Kremp: Izbat An Naj is an incredible producer of large yellow honey figs with golden brown centers. It's common for honey to flow freely from the eye when ripe. You will recognize the Izbat An Naj fig by its green/golden skin with golden fruit inside. This variety is coveted for its tropical flavors of pineapple and banana. This type of fig originated in Egypt. That’s where it gets its Arabic name.
