A very early ripener. Ripens with Ronde de Bordeaux and Violet Sepor... 1st or 2nd week of July in NorCal. A fairly prolific producer of medium sized figs. This is an intensely flavored fig, it is sweeter than Unk Pastiliere, and it is much tastier, a very tangy rasperry/cherry flavor. It has muscled its way into the exclusive ranks of our top-tiered figs. Doug
