The small but mighty U. Prosciutto has the deepest strawberry flavour with maybe a hint of raspberry.... Compact and intense....

This tree was 2 years from Cutting to production. A keeper... Definitely moving it to a large container in the spring....

This variety has got to be one of my favorites! It is early and ripens figs just before the crazy rains begin. After that, in the middle of summer, the figs can dry and become this chewy, raspberry flavor that is phenomenal to say the least. Amazing seed crunch and fruit roll-up texture. This variety does not like too much rain so if you live where it rains too much, this may not be the one for you.
