Lampeira (Prusch version) - Fruit is medium to large in size with moderately intense berry flavor, moderate to very sweet, slight acidity, syrupy/jammy texture, moderate seed crunch. Excellent fig. Tree has been a slow grower for us but is now doing well with a good crop in the fifth growing season.

Lampeira Prusch is not a Portuguese fruit as such, judging from pictures .Somebody may have bowrrowed the half title Lampeira for undisclosed reasons..Prusch is not in our vocabulary ..
