Description
Ficus pumila is a tropical climbing vine that shingles to the surface it climbs as it grows. Leaves are small usually under 1 inch or less. A beautiful classic wall climber! Ficus pumila is a surprisingly Hardy self-clinging vine. Often used instead of ivy as a cover-up, this fast growing, trailing fig has inch-long leaves. Excellent for stuffed topiary and terrariums.
There are varieties such as Monier's Hardy , Repens and Quercifolia to name a few.
