Description
David Burke:
Adamas Mel is a find that we have been following for two years. We were able to pick fruit from the mother tree this year, and they were beautiful. The mother tree grows between oak trees and brush, along a chain link fence and highway. Adamas Mel bears a medium sized fig. It has a thin skin, which is firm but not chewy. Light seed crunch, with a mildly sweet honey flavor.
