Description
Loretta produces one of the more unique looking figs at maturity! The skin begins to show tones of blue, green, and tan when mature. As the fig begins to dry on the tree, the fig looks like it is beginning to crumble. But don't let this strange fig fool you. One bite of this complex flavor will wow you. The fig is sweet, but we can not easily describe the taste, which inevitably leads us to take another and another. Some people prefer to eat figs without the skin. It would be a shame to do so with this one because the texture brings a sensuality that the mouth will remember for a long time.
