I've grown and tasted quite a few fig varieties. I've also tasted a few caprified varieties (to which Burgan Unk was king), uncaprified however takes a completely different roll and tastes are more dull. However, Raspberry Latte has got to be one of those top 5 figs or even top 3 when it comes to taste. The jam it develops and the seed crunch combination make it one of the best. It is just different than many other figs. The taste was so strong it instantly became a top notch fig. Need a little more TLC if grown here in South Florida so take that into account. But if you manage to grow it and ripen it correctly, you will be in for a scrumptious treat!
