Best tasting when it is starting to dry/wrinkle on the tree. The flavors become rich and some what complex. The fruit is small and has a small eye. Not so tolerant to constant rains but can handle a little. Black skin and a bit chewy and red interior with rich, jammy texture. Leaves are both fingered and spade sometimes forming separately on separate branches. Not even a year and didn't do as good at first but I am so glad this little fig is coming back and coming back with amazing results it is.Similar Varieties
